APPOINTMENTS - Appointments are typically scheduled on a weekly basis and are approximately 50 minutes long. More frequent sessions or an intensive outpatient schedule are available if determined appropriate by your Therapist. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you call our office at 817-337-6733 at least 24 hours in advance. This will free your appointment time for another client. Full payment will be required for appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
INSURANCE ACCEPTED - Compsych; Blue Cross Blue Shield of TX.
Services may be covered in full or in part by other health insurance carriers as an out of network provider. Please check with your insurance carrier about what services are covered.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
24 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise full payment of the missed session will be required.
