Make it Happen
As you already know, things don’t just happen. You have to make it happen. You can try to conjure up magic with the Law of Attraction, but it takes action.
Sometimes though, stuff gets in the way. Uncertainties, overwhelm, disappointments, fears, or life events can divert attention away from goals or targets and instead whip us into a frenzy, frantically running around putting out metaphorical fires. We can even get stuck in a fight or flight response, which can wreak havoc with your physical and mental health!
This is no way to live. When you have no time or energy for yourself or your own ambitions, you will burn out. Physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally, or all the above. Something needs to change.
So change it. Make it happen.
It would be much easier if you got some help. So get some. Make it happen.
